CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

All orders except for personalized orders can be canceled before it ships as long as canceled between 90 minutes after the order was executed. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an existing order. You must cancel the order and re order with the new products you wish to purchase

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

All Moojou customers receive an email notification with verification they payment has been processed and a tracking number for your upcoming delivery

IF ITEMS IN MY ORDER WILL SHIP SEPARATELY, WILL I BE CHARGED EXTRA?

Your order may ship in multiple packages, but rest assured that you will not be charge any additional shipping and handling fees. Your checkout quote will apply before you submit and complete the order

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, we ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO boxes are sent via USPS mail. Unfortunately, Overnight, Expedited and Express delivery services are unavailable for these destinations
